  • Current price of 1 EXAMPLECOIN is $20

  • I get a quote FOR EXAMPLECOIN and wait 1 hour to buy

  • In the 1 hour, the price has increased to $25

  • When we submit the order, we will buy $20 worth of EXAMPLECOIN

  • You will receive 0.8 units of EXAMPLECOIN worth $20

  • If you would like to buy/sell a specific dollar amount, use this method.

Quantity

  • I want to buy 1 EXAMPLECOIN

  • Current price of 1 EXAMPLECOIN is $20

  • I get a quote for EXAMPLECOIN and wait 1 hour to buy

  • In the 1 hour, the price has increased to $25

  • When we submit the order, we will execute at the current price of 1 share of EXAMPLECOIN

  • You will receive exactly 1 EXAMPLECOIN and you will be debited $25

  • If you would like to buy or sell a specific number of units or shares, use this method.
